Portable Toilet Rental Terms in Alvin, TX 77511

Last Updated: 10/29/2026

What Your Portable Toilet Rental Covers

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover portable toilet rentals arranged with Texas Toilet Rentals, including the agreed unit type, delivery location, rental period, pickup, and any servicing listed in your quote. The quote or written confirmation sets the number of units and specific services included.

Extra units, cleaning visits, repairs, relocation, extended rental time, or other work require a separate agreement or written approval. Site access, a suitable placement area, and any required permissions are the customer’s responsibility unless the agreement says otherwise.

Rental use must follow applicable rules. Construction sites should consider OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51, and general workplaces OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141.

Accessible facilities are addressed by the 2010 ADA Standards. Wastewater handling may be subject to the Clean Water Act, Texas Water Code, and TCEQ authorization requirements.

City of Alvin right-of-way permits may apply to placement in public areas. Requirements depend on the site and service; ask the relevant agency for guidance.

Booking, Changes, and Cancellations

We schedule delivery, servicing, and pickup with you based on the requested dates, site access, equipment availability, and details in the quote. A booking is confirmed when Texas Toilet Rentals provides confirmation.

Please give notice as early as possible if you need to cancel, change dates, adjust the rental period, or update the delivery location. Any cancellation charges or deadlines will be stated in your quote or confirmation; if they are not listed, contact us before assuming a change has been accepted.

Changes to the unit count, placement, access instructions, or requested work may affect the price and schedule. We will seek your approval before proceeding with a change that alters the agreed scope or charge.

A request is not approved until we confirm it. Delays caused by unsafe access, site conditions, weather, traffic, or circumstances outside our control may require a revised arrival time.

Keep the delivery area accessible and tell us promptly about restrictions that could affect the appointment.

Quotes, Charges, and Payment

A quote describes the rental equipment and work included, the planned service period, and the charges known when it is prepared. The final amount may change if you request additional units, service visits, relocation, extra rental time, or other work not listed in the quote.

We will explain the proposed change and obtain your approval before adding it to the job. Ask us to clarify any item you do not understand before accepting.

Payment timing, accepted payment methods, taxes, deposits, and any applicable fees will be shown in your quote, invoice, or written confirmation. Payment is due according to those stated terms.

Do not rely on an estimate as a final invoice unless it says so. If a charge appears incorrect, contact us promptly with the invoice details so we can review it.

No specific price or payment arrangement applies unless it has been provided and accepted in writing. Keep your quote and confirmation for reference throughout the rental.

Service Quality and Warranty Details

Texas Toilet Rentals will provide the rental and related work described in your written confirmation. These terms do not establish a separate workmanship warranty, a fixed coverage period, or a promise that is not included in the quote or another written agreement.

If a specific warranty applies to equipment or work, its duration, coverage, and any limits should be stated in that document. Please review it before accepting the service and contact us if the wording is unclear.

Tell us promptly if a unit or completed service appears to differ from what was agreed. Include the service address, relevant dates, and a description of the issue so we can assess it.

Coverage or corrective work may depend on the written agreement and the circumstances, including damage, misuse, unauthorized changes, or conditions outside our control. Do not assume that customer-caused damage or work performed by another party is covered. Any remedy or warranty commitment must be confirmed in writing by Texas Toilet Rentals.

Responsibility for Site Conditions and Losses

To the extent permitted by law, Texas Toilet Rentals’ liability for a claim arising from the service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim. This limit does not apply where applicable law does not allow it.

We are not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, inaccurate placement instructions, blocked or unsafe access, misuse, or damage caused by others. Please identify hazards and underground utilities before delivery and provide accurate site information.

Customers remain responsible for obtaining permissions and following applicable requirements. Construction sanitation is addressed by OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51; general sanitation by OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141; and accessible toilet facilities by the 2010 ADA Standards.

Wastewater discharge and disposal may be governed by the Clean Water Act and Texas Water Code, and TCEQ authorization may apply. City of Alvin right-of-way permits may be required for placement in public areas.

These references do not determine every site’s obligations. Ask the appropriate authority, such as the City of Alvin Public Works Department, for site-specific requirements.

Questions About These Terms

Our listed address is Alvin Shopping Center, 1200-1232 FM 1462, Alvin, TX 77511. These terms apply to services unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. We may update them from time to time.

For a new or revised version, we will make the updated terms available and may provide notice through the website, by email, or with a quote or service confirmation. Changes apply as stated in the updated terms and do not replace a separate written agreement where that agreement controls.
